I could not be happier with our new Pet Stop system. State of the art hardware and great App to control and monitor the system. Customer service is awesome. Owner Chad is very knowledgeable and customer oriented. High quality workmanship with indoor / outdoor electrical connections. Within 4 hours, our 900 lineal foot system was installed, apps downloaded, tutorials given. Chad also trained our dog within that time period and she was completely compliant that first day.read more

Had our fence installed in November for our Westie. Some of the best money I've spent. Didn't take long for Griffey to figure it out. Chad did a great job working around our schedule and installing our fence. He was very professional and personable and was very caring when training our pup. The post installation check ups and customer service have really made us feel like we are the only customers Chad has. If I could give 10 stars I would. Highly recommended.read more

By far the best system with the best collars. Who wants to buy batteries every 4 weeks? I love my rechargeable links collar with the app. It’s by far the cream of the crop. Chad goes above and beyond from the sale, install, traning, and long after. Anytime we have a problem we just shoot him a message and he is there to help. I strongly recommend Pet Stop of Central Pa. Invisible fence is just that. Invisible after their sale. Gotta love he’s a Vet and all the system is made in the USA.read more

We have a do-it-yourself fence system that we installed over 9 years ago that weaves in and out of 3 brush-filled acres. Since the lines had become a bit fuzzy in our minds, we didn't realize that our dog collars weren't giving corrections until one day when our 13-year-old dog bolted after a varmint and walked along our busy street!
I called Pet Stop this morning to ask them to come mark our fence and within 3 hours, Matt had the job done! He even "retrained" me so I could retrain the dogs to the fence again. Can't say enough good about this service - we'll be calling them again for any and all fence needs!read more
